SK8-Hi MTE Vans – $90

I’ve fallen in love with vans this summer so I had to put one in this post.  I fell in love with these once I saw them and I really want them but I already bought some in the summer so I have no money to buy new ones… I hope someone can enjoy them for me.

 

 

Nike Leggings – $50

I want  a pair of Nike leggings really badly but I never got around to buying some.  But I’m really tempted with these, if only I wasn’t broke and could actually afford them.

 

 

 

Champion Cropped Sweatshirt – $75

I really, really love this sweater so I just had to put it in the haul and inside my cart.  I really love it and I’m definitely going to be dropping hints to my friends for when Christmas comes around.

 

 

 

 

Courtney Cardigan – $39

Although I don’t usually like this style of clothing, this immediately caught my eye when I was looking for things to add to this haul.  It’s super cute and comes in multiple different colours, but I personally liked the white the best out of all of them.

 

 

 

High Waisted Legging – $26.95

These leggings are definitely going into my cart I just love them so much.  I love anything high waisted to be honest… but these are only available online so don’t yell at me if you go into the store and can’t find them.

Autumn Room Decor 2018

1. “Get Naked” Bath Mat – $39

I absolutely love this bath mat.  It’s a little pricey but I don’t know if that’s just because I’m cheap and wont barely buy anything thats over twenty dollars or cause its just expensive.  But overall I love it and I’m debating on buying it even though I already have a bath mat and don’t needed another one…

 

 

2.  Flower Tapestry – $49

I’ve actually been looking for a cute tapestry so when I saw this one I instantly fell in love with it, so… add to cart thats already filled with stuff that I’m never gonna buy but just let sit in there till next season till I start all over!

 

 

 

3.  Fleece Throw Blanket – $44

This blanket looks so soft and I feel like it’s torturing me just by the look of it.  It comes in so many colours to and I don’t even know which ones my favourite.  

 

 

 

 

4.  Velvet Throw Pillow

So this pillow comes in even more colours that blanket, now I’m really in crisis.  First world problems… But it’s really cute and I wanna take a nap on it right now but I can’t because I’m broke.

 

 

 

5.  Sloth Hanging Planter – $18

Oh my god I’m in love with this planter I love it so much. I don’t even like sloths that much but this just makes me so happy.

Dumb Shit That’s ALREADY Happened in 2018

Hey guys!  So yes I’m still here.  I know it’s been a while but I just had a lot on my mind, with school starting and I also had a busy summer but I’m back now!  And today I will be talking about all the stupid stuff that has already happened in 2018.  Let’s go!

1.  Tide Pod Challenge

So although I wont deny that I was laughing at some of the memes on this challenge, but you can’t deny how stupid it was.  The fact that some people were actually eating these is crazy to me because it was just a funny joke at first.  But I guess with all the dumb stuff that’s happened in the years prior, I’m not surprised.

2.  iHop to iHob and back to iHop

So this one was just a rollercoaster of emotions.  First they switch it from a p to a d, then they decide that our emotions haven’t been played with enough so they change it back.  Who makes the decisions over there cause to be honest there doing a fantastic job because nobody would shut up about it once it happened.

3.  The Ant in the Nails

So awhile ago I was innocently scrolling through my instagram when this shit came onto my timeline, and I was disgusted.  I hate this so much.  Its gross and makes me fell like I have ants all over me and I just want this off the internet.

4.    The Pending World War

Can’t wait!

5.  Infinity War Destroying all of Us

So I’m not trying to spoil the movie if you haven’t seen it, but this really just killed all of us.  I’m sorry to bring this back up, but it really left me scared.

Room Decor Haul!

Hey guys!  So, today I am going to be showing you all what’s in my Urban Outfitters Shopping Bag!  The prices for all of these are in Canadian cash.  I hope you like this blog post, if so give it a thumbs up.  But lets get into it.

 

1- Wire Wall Grid Shelf ($20)

So I love this this, it’s super cute because I have so many Polaroids and just photos I have taken in general (follow my photography Instagram: @framedbymaddie) that I have nowhere to display.  It would also be super cute to put a little plant on the shelf too.  It comes in black and green.

 

2- Metal Moon Cycle Banner ($22)

I love this banner.  I was looking through all of Urban Outfitters wall art and none caught my eye other than this one which is so cute!  This only comes in the colour gold, but I love it in gold!  I know that Urban is super expensive, and compared to some of their other stuff this isn’t that bad. You can’t really complain about prices if you’re shopping at Urban because you should know what you’re getting into.

3- Mini Cinema Light Box ($29)

I love how cinema boxes are a trend now!  I find them so cute and I really want one, but I’m broke so it just sits in my car all day.  Tragic.  But in all seriousness I find this really cute and I can imagine a really cute saying inside to help me through the day. 

 

4- Cork Board World Map ($49)

I really want a map of the world to put up on my wall.  I don’t know why but I find them oddly satisfying even though they just sit on the wall and do nothing… But with this one you can pin thing to it.  I find that really cool.  I would probably stick a photo on a few of my favourite places in the world. 

 

5- Daily Notebook ($20)

So this notebook is soooo cute and I have this thing for notebook’s.  Yes I have a notebook fetish… But in all seriousness I always buy notebooks literally every time I see them my mom always buy’s notebooks for me because I’m broke as hell.  it comes in brown as shown, rainbow and one that has eye’s all over it.

 

6- Fleece Hooded Throw Blanket ($34)

So this blanket is hella expensive, but is also hella cute, soooo… I wish.  I really want a hooded blanket because they look really comfortable and I really want one just because. Which sounds really bitchy… But these come in grey and purple.  I personally love the purple one.

Stupidest Trends of all Time

Hey guys, it’s Maddie!  Happy Thursday!  I hope you are all having an amazing day! Before I start can I just say that some of these trends are very dangerous so please do not try any of them!  Today for you guy’s I’m breaking down

The Stupidest Trends Ever

1- The Boiling Water Challenge!

So when I was researching for this post this was the first thing I found and my jaw literally dropped.  So the point of this challenge is to boil water and then pour it on someone.  What?  I have never in my life been more disappointed in humanity as much as I was when I read about this trend.  Thank God that this was not one of the more popular trends on the internet.

2- The Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge

So I don’t know where the hell you where you in 2015 when this was literally the title of every single YouTube video on the internet?  I wish I missed this one because it makes my skin crawl just thinking about it.  So this challenge is basically when you stick your lips in a shot class and suck all of the air out of it.  You hold it like that for a certain amount of time and when your done, you lips come out three times their normal size.

3- The Choking Game

So guy’s this one is really bad so if you get triggered by death then skip over it please.  So the choking game is a challenge were you have someone choke you until you pass out. All though this was all a stupid game at first some kids toke it to far and actually died while ‘playing’.  I actually heard of this game from Shane Dawson, he talks about it in more detail so go check out his video on it.

4- Cinnamon Challenge 

So this might be one of the most popular trends ever.  This trend was everywhere, on every social media platform.  Everyone was doing the cinnamon challenge.  So this challenge is when you eat a spoon full of cinnamon.  Doesn’t sound to bad right.  Well this one is actually super dangerous as well, because when you eat the cinnamon it doesn’t go down your throat as well as you think…

DIY Autumn Decor

Hey guys, so today I am doing something a bit different.  I did do a DIY Christmas decorations last year.  I would like to say none of these are my ideas, I found them all on Pinerest.  I really love DIY, so I thought I would share some of my favourite one’s with you guys.  Yes today I am doing

1- Cute Jar

I didn’t know what to call this one but I saw it on Pinterest and just fell in love.

You Will Need

• Mason Jar (or a normal jar it doesn’t matter)
• Christmas/Fairy lights (battery powered)
• Pine cones

How to Make it

1. Place half of the pine cones inside the jar
2. Turn the lights on and put them inside the jar like the photo shows
3. Put the remaining pine cones inside the jar cover up the battery pack

2-  Candle Holder

This is so cute and is really easy to make, and who doesn’t lover candles, and when you add an adorable candle holder, it is two times better.

You Will Need

• Any cup
• Sticks
• Glue (preferably glue gun)

How to Make it

1. Take your cup and begin sticking sticks to it
2. After all sticks are on the cup leave out till fully dry
3. Place your favourite candle inside

3- Melted Crayon Pumpkin

You when you were in art class in the fourth grade, yeah lets go back in time and remember all the shitty times we all had in primary school.  This DIY is inspired by that.

You Will Need

• A fake pumpkin
• Crayons 
• Hair dryer 

How to Make it

1. Line all your crayons on the top of the pumpkin, you can choose rainbow or different shades of orange, or green.  whatever you want
2. Take your hair dryer and use it to slowly melt your crayons.  Make sure your have a layer of new paper or something so you don’t ruin a table

4- Glitter Pumpkin

So everyone know how messy glitter gets.  The only reason I put this on the list was so if one of you guys has more patience then me and can handle this.

You Will Need

• Fake pumpkin
• Any colour of glitter
• Glue

How to Make it

1. Cover the pumpkin with glue in the spots you want to have glitter on
2. Have news paper or something you can catch access glitter with
3. Pour glitter over the pumpkin until fully covered
4. Pick up the pumpkin until all access glitter is off

1- Huge Balloon Letters (2015)

So I really want this one to come back like really badly.  Because when it was a thing I didn’t post cute Instagram photo’s and now I’m here looking back and just wishing that it was still a thing.  Because if it was a thing, I would be posting cute as hell Instagram photo’s.

2- Pool Floats (2015)

I remember scrolling through Instagram and just seeing pool floats on pool floats.  And at the time it got annoying reel quick, but now I miss it.  And I live on a island, so I would be able to make it extra cute.

3- Sunset Makeup (2016)

So I don’t know if this one is not a thing anymore but I think that it is really cute, and I wouldn’t mind if this came up in my feed, because this is really cute.  I mean I could never do this because I’m not at all skilled.

4- Hidden Rainbow Hair (2016)

I love this on because sometimes you could be all business and sometimes you could just go all out and be daring as hell.  My hair just hates hair dye and when I do dye my hair it just goes back to normal.  I’ve dyed my hair, pink, rose gold, brown.  And no matter what it just went back to blonde.

5- Lip Art (2016)

I love watching people do lip art because it is so satisfying to watch, especially when you don’t have the skills needed to recreate the lip art you are watching.  I wish this would come back and replace all these gross new trends of 2017.

Autumn Look Book

Hey guys, so today I am doing what ever single person on the internet is doing.  Today I’m giving you all my

Only thing is that I’m broke as hell so I am just going to take clothes off sites like Forever 21 and H&M.  Is this just an excuse so I can shop without feeling guilty, yes.  But lets get into this post.

1- Waffle-Knit Crop Top From Forever 21

So the minute I saw this top I feel in love with it.  It comes in this light pink and a dark red.  I personally love the light pick one because I would wear some cute black leggings with it, maybe some cute sun glasses a high ponytail.  You know, make it look super cute.

2- Mock-Neck Swing Dress From Forever 21

So I can picture this dress with some super cute boots and tights.  Messy bun, you know just a casual look for the fall.  This dress comes in green, red and pink.  To me, it just screams Autumn, which is why I love it so much!  To be honest forever 21 is my queen because a lot of the stuff that it has isn’t a that much money.

3- Chunky Knit Pompom Beanie From Urban Outfitters

So I may live on an island but I really want a beanie because I don’t have one and I would power through the sweat and wear it on the island because they are cute as hell.  The beanie comes in the light brown colour in the photo and pink.

4- Silence + Noise Hooded Sherpa Aviator From Urban Outfitters

I am spending Christmas this year in Canada and this coat is super cute and I really love it.  Plus I figured I would show it to you guys so you can buy it and love it like I would.  This jacket only comes in one colour, which is the light brown one that is to the left.

5- Light Before Dark Oversized Sherpa Zip-Up Jacket From Urban Outfitters

Living for this jacket though, I want it, I need it.  Please.  But I actually really like this jacket I think it’s amazing and I really want it but it’s really expensive and I’m broke so… yeah.

Instagram Trends: Yes or No- Part 2

Hello everybody, so yesterday I posted- Instagram Trends: Yes or No.  I listed a bunch of Instagram trends and told you all my opinions on them.  (Click here for that post).  You guys loved it so today I’m bring you, part two.

Part Two

1- Braided eyebrows.

So yesterday we talked about feathered eyebrows and today it gets worse… braided eyebrows.  Yes you read that right.  No typos, braided eyebrows are officially a thing.  If you don’t know what braided eyebrows are then your are the luckiest person on this planet because braided eyebrows are the devils gift to this world.  I don’t think I like braided brow for music festivals or magazines.  Just no.

2- Using Weird Things as Beauty Blenders!

This trend is probably the weirdest trend I’ve ever seen.  People use things from, boiled eggs to condoms.  And to be honest I just don’t get it.  In most of the videos I’ve seen they show a beauty blender at the beginning of the video, and then just throw it away, so its not like they don’t have one or anything.  I don’t hate this, the videos are amusing as hell.  But I just don’t understand this at all.  I personally can’t wait to see what these people use next.

3- Lollipop Lips?

So this is probably the worst one yet.  So as you can see from the photo, the point of this trend is to put on lipstick and then smudge it.  Why?  I don’t know.  I feel like it would be really weird because people would be telling you all day, your lipstick is smudged, and you would have to say “nah, I’m just lollipopin’ it.”  I also think it looks really bad. 

4- Neon Eyeliner!

Actually so happy with this one.  I love it so much, it no that crazy and it is super cute. Would definitely try it out.  Just like last time, it’s the fancy eyeliners that I always fall in love with.

5- Wavy Brows…

So I’m going to just quickly say I hope that who ever made wavy eyebrows sits down and thinks about what they have done because what the hell is this bullshit?  I literally just don’t understand why someone would do this to themselves.  It’s one hundred percent a no from me.
